RV-SOFT PLC was founded in 1990 and first registered in March, 1991.

Our consultants are highly skilled as they all have been working in the company for more than 15 years.
The main field of activity has always been creating, developing and selling financial software to our clients, as well as training and consulting them and creating client-oriented solutions and views. 

From 1990 to 1998 we worked out DOS-based integrated software “RV-SOFT” modules: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Purchase-Sales, Stockhouse, Personnel-Accounting, Taxes, Bank, Salaries etc. 
In 1998 we started to work out windows-based modules named “BALANSS+”.


As the modules are integrated, a little, medium as well as large company can find a package meeting its needs. The software covers the whole of a company's information system by now- financial accounting, purchase-sales, storehouse, retail sale, commission sale,bank, cash desk, fixed assets , cheap assets, modules for personnel-accounting, salaries-accounting, tax-accounting and many additional functions.
For manufacturing companies we have worked out special modules for cost price calculation as well as following and documenting the process.
As a significant number of our clients are selling cars and spare parts, we have a module for their needs-assembling new cars, selling on one hand, and service on the other hand.
As a number of our clients have branches or subsidiaries all over Estonia and abroad, we have software that enables to export and import data files according to their technical possibilities. “BALANSS+” offers also contemporary communication with banks, Taxation Board and Statistical Office.
In addition to standard financial software we work out, together with the client, additional tecnological, logistic

al etc. special solutions.
The software is client-friendly and works in any operational systems, including terminal servers.
